Save Innsmouth are a volunteer student body. We are a campaign focused on stopping development on land that forms part of our rich American heritage.

Dozens of students have involved themselves in the activities of the campaign so far and we’re constantly on the look out for further support to maintain the momentum of our cause.

The campaign was launched after it was revealed that the Dunold Group had entered into an “option agreement” to buy land in and around the Essex Bay area.

Initially, it is understood that a multi-acre health and sports resort is proposed for the land but campaigners fear it could be considerably more. We are looking to complete surveys of those living locally – in Falcon Point and further afield – to determine the level of opposition.

Michael Walker currently fronts the campaign, as president and manager of this web site, along with James Linnell, as vice president and treasurer. If you have any queries, you can reach us through the campus bulletin board.
